- I tend to agree that encouraging the editing of resource files is not
- a Good Thing. If the programmer wants to keep the application small, they
- could always supply a configuration program which would (in part) allow
- the user to change the shortcuts. This program could then modify the RSC
- file, or the application itself, depending on the author's methods.
